We are looking for a skilled, experienced computer repair technician with a passion for what they do and a desire to always be improving. Team members should be responsible enough to take ownership of their own growth. We know you don’t know everything, neither do we. This position requires someone who is confident enough to admit that and make the changes necessary to be successful.
Family is important. That’s why we are closed every Friday afternoon, every weekend, and every major holiday. While we are at work, though, our clients are our family. We make promises to our clients that they will have their computers back on a certain day and we keep that promise. An expectation we have of any technician on our team is that they complete the work when they say they will. We believe in the saying “work hard, play hard” and we designed our shop hours around that. We don’t live to work, but we kill it with excellence while we’re here.
We are out to change retail. Team members aren’t a commodity – they’re family, and they have lives. Clients aren’t dollar signs – they are people, coming to us for help. We do not tolerate disrespect on either end. Period. We are looking for someone who is excited to make a difference in someone else’s life.
